Returns Policy :

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if you are not satisfied with its quality, you can return it within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached (if applicable). Products without tags or that show signs of use will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges (Size Issues):

If you experience a size fit issue with an item (where applicable), we offer an exchange for the correct size within 2 days of you receiving the item, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • The desired size must be in stock. If the requested size is unavailable, a return for refund may be offered as per the return policy for unsatisfactory products.
  • Exchange is only applicable for size-related issues.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons and the nature of certain products, the following items are not returnable:

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at the address provided in the return instructions.
